  • Everything You Need To Know To Manage Your ZOOM Cloud Recordings
  • STEP 1: Back-Up Once your ZOOM Call has finished 'Processing' within the Recordings section of your account, you are going to want to download all the files associated with that call. Audio-Only, Video, and Chat files will come with each call that you have. Once downloaded, now you will want to get these files backed-up at the location of your choosing - Google Drive, DropBox, as an 'Unlisted' video on your YouTube Channel...wherever you decide is best. WAIT until your files have all finished uploading before moving onto step #2.
  • STEP 2: Delete The deletion process is a 2-step process within ZOOM and it is pretty straightforward. BE SURE that before you begin deleting any files within your 'Recordings' section of your account that you have successfully backed up those recordings elsewhere. You can select 1 video at a time or select all the videos within your 'Recordings' section and have them moved to the Trash. Once you have moved all of your calls to the Trash you will need to head into your Trash section of your account and empty the trash, so you do not have any files taking up additional space on your account. Once your trash is empty - you are good to go!
  • STEP 3: Send Out This last step is the most crucial step for anyone looking to go from just housing a library or static archive to generating real income from your hard work. This step can be as simple as taking your recorded call and sending out to your client or members of call via GMail or as sophisticated as plugging these calls into a Summit Recording Offer or Online Course that can built to provide an ongoing source of income for you into the future. What's important is that you have these recordings for the future, so not matter what you choose to do with them, they are yours.
